Are your products legal?
Yes. Every Elixir product is hemp-derived and contains less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp-derived CBD products are federally legal in the United States, though some state laws differ. We do not ship to a small set of states where hemp-derived topicals are restricted. The restricted state list is enforced automatically at checkout.Will I fail a drug test?
We cannot guarantee any hemp-derived product will not show up on a drug test. Standard employment drug screens look for THC metabolites, and even compliant levels (under 0.3%) in topicals applied to skin produce very low systemic absorption — but "very low" is not zero. If you are subject to regular drug testing, consult your testing administrator before using any hemp-derived product.Where do you ship?
We ship to most US states. We do not currently ship to states with active restrictions on hemp-derived topicals. Shipping is enforced at checkout — if your address is in a restricted state, our system will let you know before you complete payment.How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 1 PM ET ship the same business day. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.What is your return policy?
First-time customers get a 100%, 30-day, no-questions-asked refund — opened bottle, used product, half-empty, doesn't matter. Repeat customers can return sealed, unopened items within 14 days. Every batch we ship has a unique batch ID on the package. That ID resolves to a Certificate of Analysis (COA) on our Lab page — a PDF from an independent lab showing cannabinoid potency, heavy metals, pesticides, microbial, and residual solvent results for that exact batch. Open the PDF, search for your batch ID, and the report is yours.Are your products vegan?
Yes. All Elixir formulas are plant-based, vegan, and cruelty-free. No animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing.Do you have a wholesale program?
